New Stainless Steel Accessories from Shift

David Dyck - Monday, November 08, 2010
We have just begun production of our new line of Stainless Steel accessories. This is exciting news as we have been toying with these ideas for quite some time. The first items we are offering are Breather Bars and Stack Shields.
The Air Cleaner Bars come as either a blank or with two lights per side. These lights can be wired as markers or as turn signals as well. These breather bars are designed to fit Donaldson Air Cleaners on Peterbilts.
The Exhaust Shields are also really cool, as they wrap right around the exhaust and hug it really tight. They are also 60", as opposed to the normal 48".  The exhaust shields are designed to fit 6", 7", and 8" pipes.
You can phone or email to order.

Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass Truck Fenders - Rear Fenders Update

David Dyck - Friday, May 14, 2010
Just a quick update. Our production rear fenders are ready! Pre-ordered fenders will begin delivery next week. For those of you who missed the pre-order, you can still phone or email us to order direct. We will not begin stocking inventory until all pre-ordered fenders have been delivered. Oh, and I realize I'm biased, but they are sweet fenders.
Right now, our estimated fender weight is around 32 lbs for Carbon Fiber and 40 lbs for Fiberglass. That is including the inner fender liner. I will have pictures of the production spec'd fender soon (I would've had them today, but I forgot my camera).

Fiberglass 3.89 Fenders Now Available

David Dyck - Monday, February 01, 2010
Just so you are all aware, our 3.89 fenders are now available in Fiberglass as well as Carbon Fiber. The fender is still stretched down 2" lower, towards the tire, than the stock Pete fender. We understand that not everyone is as weight conscious as we are, yet they still want a nice looking front fender. Therefore, if you don't need the ultra-cool-looking, light-weight, really-strong, probably-the-only-set-in-your-State Carbon Fiber fenders, then give us a call about our fiberglass ones.

Drivers Rear Fenders Update

David Dyck - Monday, September 14, 2009
Has anyone been wondering what we've been up to? Anyone? Well, anyways, while some of you were enjoying summer, we were rebuilding our rear fender mould. We thought our prototype rear fenders (pictured below) were cool, but we decided that they weren't good enough. So we started from scratch and I think we got it now. If you are asking yourself why you should care, you may be interested in our new carbon fiber rear fenders if:

1. You not only like the look of Carbon Fiber, you like real Carbon Fiber.
2. You want to cover your drive tires with fenders, but don't want to sacrifice precious payload.
3. You like the idea of a full plastic inner liner protecting your fenders from evil stones.
4. You think our fenders are cool.

If you fall into any of the categories above, our fenders will be ready for Pre-Order shortly. Oh, and If you aren't so interested in the carbon fiber idea, we will be offering our fenders in a modern take on old school fiberglass shortly. I will keep you posted as there are new developments.

Shift Products to Debut Carbon Fiber Peterbilt 389 Fenders

David Dyck - Tuesday, June 16, 2009
This coming weekend at the Shell SuperRigs show in Oak Grove, MO, Shift is going to debut their newest fender. It is a carbon fiber composite Peterbilt 389 fender. The truck they will be shown on is sublime... No really, that is the name of the truck. It is a 2008 Peterbilt 389 that was built in conjunction with the guys at Jade Transport and has been nicknamed SubLime. You should be able to spot the truck from a mile away, but you might have to look close to see all the detail that has gone into the design. Obviously, we want to promote our stuff, so make sure to check out the twill carbon fiber front and back fenders. The fronts are Shift model "3.89" in Twill and the single rears are prototypes of Shift "drivers". Other seriously cool things to note about the truck are: the back bumper or rear light bar, the air lines, hidden bunk suspension, and the fact that it is a 389 with no DPF and a lime green engine. We don't need to get into all the details right now, but watch for some more sweet pictures coming soon.
