About Shift Products

Shift Products Inc. started operations in 2008, although, the concept had been toyed with since 2004. It began with a welder, a truck driver, two business owners, and a university student.  They were the self appointed “Council of Cool” and would hold brainstorming sessions about customizing Peterbilts. These sessions have lead to the creation of some cool trucks and the products that Shift was formed on. Besides having the wisdom of many counselors, our products also benefit from our combined experiences and influences. Much like a band has influences that have inspired them to take the direction they have, some influences that have inspired Shift are automotive design in the form of 4x4’s and hot rods to supercars, industrial design and aerodynamics. With such differences in viewpoints involved in the direction and creation of our products we have a design by jury process that encourages innovation in style as well as practicality.
