SHIPPING, POLICIES & TIME FRAMES
Here at Shift, our goal is to have your order sent out in an efficient and quick manner. Our shipping timeframe includes assembling and processing. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on these factors as well as the shipping location that is placed on the order. Generally, our processing time is estimated between 24 to 48 hours however, this does vary based off the product. Providing the product is in stock, customer wait times will estimate between 5-10 business days. If the product you are ordering is not in stock, lead times may vary and our team at shift will be in contact with you. To check on an exact shipping time frame please send an email to [email protected] and we can provide you with more information on your order. Here at Shift Products, we process and ship our orders Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and major Canadian holidays. All of our orders will be shipped from our warehouse in West St Paul, MB. If you need your order by a specific date, or would like to know an exact lead time for items, please contact us.
At Shift Products we are happy to provide international shipping! If you are trying to place an order and our website says that we can not ship to your location, please contact us at [email protected] or at 204-816-8887 so that we can give you a custom shipping quote. Once you contact us, we will be sure to respond in a quick and timely manner with an accurate shipping quote as long as you provide a full address with the correct zip-code/postal code. Please note, International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, custom charges or currency exchange fees that their shipment may acquire during transit.
In the event that your product is damaged in transit please contact us at 204-816-8887 immediately. We ask that all damaged products be reported back to us within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide pictures of your damaged products. Please do not attempt to install the product as this will void any replacement options or returns. To avoid the issues surrounding damaged goods, all items being shipped LTL must be delivered to a commercial address and all product that is being delivered to a residential address will require a signature to complete the delivery.
